Our Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors is the body of elected or appointed of seven members, a majority of whom are independent non-executive directors that oversee the affairs of the corporation and are jointly committed to the sound principles of corporate governance. Our Board is responsible for: financial performance; strategic direction; major acquisitions and disposals; overall risk management; capital expenditure and operational budgeting; business planning.

The Board stand for re-appointment annually at the Company’s annual general meeting and that the performance of the Board will be externally reviewed at least every three years.
