Our objective is to foster a culture of ethical conduct and adherence to regulations throughout the Group, not simply meeting the bare minimum requirements set by laws and regulations. We are committed to refraining from knowingly aiding any third party in violating the law or participating in any criminal, fraudulent, or corrupt behavior in any country.
To achieve this goal, we have established a comprehensive Group compliance program that encompasses a variety of policies, procedures, guidelines, training, awareness, monitoring, and investigations.
All of our permanent and temporary employees, directors, and officers, as well as contractors who have a relevant contractual obligation, must comply with our applicable compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines, in addition to adhering to relevant laws and regulations.

Employees and other stakeholders of Asante Agro are required to report any situations where they believe the company’s code of conduct, policies, or laws may have been violated to a supervisor or manager promptly. If the concern is not resolved through local channels or if the individual is uncomfortable using these channels, they may report the concern through the Asante Agro Raising Concerns Programme.
Reports made through the platform are encrypted, and the identity of the reporter will be kept private and disclosed only to those who need the information to investigate and resolve the issue. Asante Agro has a zero-tolerance policy towards retaliation against individuals who make good faith reports.
